What’s In A Name?

“There may be times when we are powerless to prevent injustice, but there must never be a time when we fail to protest.”- Elie Wiesel

The above poster was published on the authority of the Republican Ministry of Propaganda during the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939). It was a response to the Nationalist atrocities commited against the civilian population. Regardless of its indirect connection to Soviet Communism, this poster and its slogan remain a powerfully poignant plea to the conscience of all men and women faced with the challenges of the 21st century.
